Support for Free Tools

The most efficient way to get support for the free fractions tools is through our community site. There you'll find instructional videos, activity ideas, our user forums and discussion groups. In addition to our community site, each tool includes feedback forms that will email messages directly to our development team.

Unable to Sign In to the Free Tools

The following situations may prevent you from signing in to the free tools:

• Have you checked your email? You’ll need to click on the activation link in the email we sent you for your username to work.
• If you have received a new password and are attempting to copy and paste it into the password box, be sure that no adjacent characters have been copied, such as quotation marks or colons.
• If your sign in name and password have been working at one location (e.g., home) but are not working at school, it's possible that our domains are blocked at the school. If that's the case, please tell your network administrator to unblock both of the following domains:
• conceptuamath.com and conceptuamath.appspot.com. 

If you still can’t sign in, email support@conceptuamath.com with details about your issue and we’ll help you sign in.
 

Conceptua Fractions System Requirements

Conceptua Fractions is web-based and does not require an installation.
Your web browser must be able to support the following minimum requirements:
- Flash Player, version 9 or higher
- Firefox, Safari, IE (6 or higher)
- Screen Resolution: 1024x768
